Extract the .rar file.
Upload the folder Blaster07 to your /skins/ folder.
Set the skin Blaster07 in your profile, or as default in /datas/config.php

In the package you can also find:
- The actual skin
- There are also many misc images that you can use with plugins.
In the skin there is also included the javascript and an example to use the same dropdown menus as you see them live in http://www.t3-design.com .

You are not allowed to remove the tag T3-Styles
If you need to remove it contact me to find a solution.

This skin doesent seem to work well at my site, seems to be something with the css file or something.. I seem my site as plain text.. any ideas (sed version 110)

FOR THOSE WHO CANT RUN THE SKIN WITH CSS ERRORS!!!
i had the same problem but i solved it!!!
in blaster07 skin folder there is .htaccess files
he doesnt allow the skin files to appear on website!
delete the .htaccess file and the skin will work!!!
